All our methodologies are aligned to leading international standards such as the International Professional Practices Framework of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the risk management codes and standards promulgated by various bodies, including the Institute of Risk Management UK and the Institute of Risk Management South Africa and International Standards on Auditing.
Our CEO Profile
Mr. Phuti Phukubje, RGA (SA)
Phuti Phukubje is our CEO, an experienced specialist in the field of risk management, corporate governance, with special expertise in external auditing, tax, financial accounting, risk management and internal auditing.
He started his professional career at
the office of the Auditor General of South Africa (AGSA). He started in 2004 as
a vacation student after been a bursary student of the office. In 2005, Phuti
started his articles at AGSA and went on to become a senior manager at AGSA.
In 2013 he joined Sentech SOC Limited as
Chief Audit Executive (CAE). He was part of the management team that managed to
achieve a clean audit outcome in 2013 and sustain it until the time of his
departure in late 2018.
He is a qualified government accountant
and auditor (RGA-SA) plus Business accountant by SAIBA. He is also a
professional and qualified registered tax practitioner who has been practicing
with small clients since 2007.
He was a member and deputy chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) at Independent police investigation directorate. He is also member of the ARC of Police Civilians Secretariat, Sentech SOC Ltd, and KEP Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd. He currently sits on the Nemisa and Department of Sports, Arts and culture boards.
